Refund & Replacement Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If something's wrong with your order, we want to make it right, fast.
Our Approach
Because our hot sauces and seasonings are consumable food products, we can't accept returns of opened or used product for health and safety reasons. That said, if anything about your order isn't right, we've got you covered.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, spoiled, missing an item, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@spicydadda.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. In almost every case, we'll ship you a free replacement right away, no return of the original product required. We'd rather keep you stocked up on sauce than make you jump through hoops.
If you'd prefer a refund instead of a replacement, just let us know. Once we've verified the issue, we're happy to refund you to your original payment method instead.
What's Covered
- Products damaged in shipping (leaking bottles, broken seals, crushed packaging)
- Defective or spoiled product
- Missing items from your order
- Wrong item(s) shipped
- Orders lost in transit
What's Not Covered
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind on unopened, unused orders. Because these are food products, we're unable to accept general returns.
- Heat/spice level. Our products are clearly labeled with heat information before you buy, and "too spicy for me" isn't a quality defect. Email us if you're not sure what to order, we're happy to help you pick the right heat level.
- Damage caused by improper storage after delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows an unusual delay or your package appears lost, contact us and we'll work with the carrier on your behalf and get a replacement or refund out to you.
International Orders
We ship internationally, but we're not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or taxes assessed by your country, those are the buyer's responsibility. If your international order arrives damaged or never arrives, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right with a replacement or refund, same as domestic orders.
Processing Time
Replacements ship within 2-3 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
