We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors, and to cancel or refuse any order, for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product listings, or inventory issues. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Our products contain hot peppers and other spicy ingredients. Heat levels and ingredients are listed on each product page and product label, please review them before purchasing or consuming. Keep all products out of reach of children, avoid contact with eyes, and wash hands after handling. If you have a medical condition affected by spicy foods (such as acid reflux, IBS, or other gastrointestinal conditions), consult your physician before consuming our products. Always check the ingredient list for allergens.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, but if your order arrives damaged, is lost, or never arrives, see our Refund & Replacement Policy and we'll make it right.
5. Refunds & Replacements
Our full policy is available at our Refund & Replacement Policy. In short: because our products are consumable food items, we don't accept general returns, but we will always replace or refund an order that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or spoiled.
