Every batch ferments in glass mason jars for weeks before bottling, the same method passed down from Brad's grandfather. Fermentation deepens the flavor, builds natural complexity, and means zero preservatives required.
Where do the peppers come from?
Every pepper is homegrown organically in our Houston, TX garden with no pesticides, hand-picked and hand-processed. It's the same soil that grows the 14-foot pepper plants you may have seen on our feed.
How should I store it, and how long does it last?
Keep refrigerated after opening. Sealed bottles are happy in a cool, dark cupboard. A bottle typically lasts several months in the fridge, though most of ours never survive that long.
