Every pepper is homegrown organically in our Houston, TX garden with no pesticides, hand-picked and hand-processed. It's the same soil that grows the 14-foot pepper plants you may have seen on our feed.

How should I store it, and how long does it last?

Keep refrigerated after opening. Sealed bottles are happy in a cool, dark cupboard. A bottle typically lasts several months in the fridge, though most of ours never survive that long.
